For frequent follow-up visits needed in short time frames for one individual treatment. These rates are not valid with any other discount offer. Upon purchase, standing appointments are scheduled in advance for patients of record. A Time Upgrade will be applied for any other services outside of package plan. Expires 2 months

Cancelation Policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, 1 package session will be forfeited OR appointment will be assessed for a $50 surcharge.
