Upon purchase, standing appointments are scheduled in advance for patients of record. A Time Upgrade will be applied for any other services outside of package plan. Expires 2 months $15 added for use of Kinesio-tape and Herbal Patches.

Cancelation Policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If cancellations are made within 24 hours, 1 package session will be forfeited OR appointment will be assessed for a $50 surcharge.
